PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept INSTANT EFT, VISA & MASTERCARD payments. We process all payments securely Payfast.

SHIPPING

When and where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Cape Town City and the Atlantic Seaboard. Delivery takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 5pm. If you need your order faster, please drop us an email and we will make arrangements.

If you live in the Northern Suburbs or Cape Town surrounds and would like to place an order, please email info@plantbasedpantry.co.za for a quote.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for Southern Suburbs between Plumstead and Fish Hoek (within a 9km radius from Lakeside).

Delivery to the rest of Cape Town is charged at a flat rate of R55.

What if I'm not at home/at my prescribed address when my order arrives?

We will contact you on the morning of your delivery with a delivery time. If your day changes due to unforeseen circumstances, you can let us know then and we will make alternative arrangements.

PACKAGING

What is your packaging made of?

We use brown paper bags that are widely recyclable.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE PLANTBASED PANTRY?

We are a small local business based in Lakeside, Cape Town. We're very new and still learning, so we will definitely be refining our processes as we grow! By providing products to inspire a plant-based lifestyle and by bringing you inspiring recipes in a relatable way, we hope to make a small difference to the future of our planet. We welcome all feedback and suggestions of which products to stock as we grow.
